1. Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your Buddie, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.

2. A head-on shot is preferred – Make sure that you get the whole face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your buddy's face is showing, only half of it will appear on your blanket.

3. Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the image, the better. So some subtle features may not be as clear in the final product.

In a few weeks, your uniquely designed blanket will arrive.

The Photo transformation process

Our woven blankets are made on a loom with cozy 100% cotton yarn and feature your unique design. To make our blankets durable enough to last, we do not print your design onto the fabric. Instead, we weave together a selection of different colored threads to create nearly 200 possible color combinations. This makes your final design impossible to rub off or flake away.

This process differs from other artwork, so refer to the images to see what your blanket will look like. In this image, you can see how the colors will vary in the final product.

Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, and steer clear of high heat, which can weaken the fibers over time. With simple, steady care, your blanket will stay soft, vibrant, and ready for years of comfort.
