Made by pet lovers, for pet lovers — because every dog deserves to be celebrated.
We're a husband-and-wife team who have shared our lives with some truly extraordinary dogs. When we met over twenty years ago, our love for animals was one of the first things that connected us — and that bond has only grown deeper with every dog we've welcomed home.
Through the years we've said loving goodbyes to old friends and opened our hearts to new ones. Each one has left a lasting pawprint on our family and, ultimately, on this brand. We've always believed in second chances. During the quiet months of Covid, I began fostering dogs in need — finding them safe, happy homes. That experience deepened everything we already knew about the bond between people and their pets.
My Little Buddie grew out of all of it. Every piece we design is personal — a way to honor the animals who make our houses feel like home. Because we believe a home isn't really a home without a little fur on the couch and paws at the door.
Meet Karen
Karen has been our Brand Ambassador — and honestly, the face of everything we do — since we rescued her in 2020. We found her living near a homeless camp, and she was such a regular at the local shelter that the whole staff knew her by name.
From the moment she came home with us, she made it clear she was exactly where she belonged. She arrived at over 50 pounds, but with good food, daily walks, and a lot of love, she's now a healthy 36 pounds. She has two signatures: one ear that never quite goes down, and the classic Pittie lean she gives everyone she meets. Karen is charm and heart in equal measure, and we couldn't imagine My Little Buddie without her.
Meet Molly
We rescued Molly in 2019, right in the middle of the housing crisis. She had spent most of her life at the SPCA, where the staff paired her with other dogs because of her gentle, steady nature. When she came home with us, she slipped into our lives as if she'd always been there.
Molly loved the boat — racing back and forth with that full-body joy only she had. She went everywhere with us, and our friends adored her. Fetch, though, was never quite her game. We'd throw a stick out into the lake, she'd swim out with total confidence, and then drop it halfway back — as if to say, I'll meet you halfway on this one. We miss those quirks just as much as her big, joyful spirit.
Molly passed away from cancer in 2023. She is deeply loved and forever missed.
Meet Jessy
Jessy was one of a kind. She was a rescue who had been abandoned after having puppies, and yet she never lost her trust in people — she still had so much love to give. My husband had her when we first met, and the way he cared for her was one of the reasons I fell in love with him.
Jessy lived for tug-of-war and would play for as long as anyone was willing to hold the rope. She carried her toy tire everywhere, patiently waiting for the next round. She loved the water in every form — the beach, the lake, the backyard pool — and she'd leap off the diving board without a second thought. She was full of heart, full of adventure, and we were so lucky to have her.
