All products are made to order. This means items are produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

2. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
Please ensure all billing and shipping information is correct when placing your order.

3. Production and Shipping

Each product is made to order. Production times vary but generally take [X–Y business days] before shipping.
Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
MyLittleBuddie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns and Replacements

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@mylittlebuddie.com.
You will need to provide your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage.
Verified defective/damaged items will be replaced at no cost.

All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of MyLittleBuddie.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyLittleBuddie is not responsible for misuse of products once delivered.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
