How do I personalize my ring dish?
Choose your shape, then make your selections right in the listing, including the design, their name, and any details shown. You'll see a preview before checkout — double-check the spelling, since every dish is printed exactly as submitted.
Which shape should I choose?
Round and square dishes are 3.9″ (10 cm) across — just right for rings and earrings. The wavy square, with its soft, ruffled edge, is 4.1″ (10.5 cm), and the heart is the roomiest at 4.3″ (11 cm), with space for a watch or bracelet too.
Can I use it for more than rings?
Absolutely. It's lovely as a ring dish, a trinket tray on the vanity, a spot for keys by the door, or a little catchall for your dog's tags and treats.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a dry or damp cloth. Skip abrasive scrubbers and harsh cleaners to protect the print and gold rim.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Every dish is made to order — please allow 1–2 business days for production plus 4–7 days for delivery, and shipping is always free in the U.S. For Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 12. Cutting it closer than that? Reach out before you order and we'll do our best to help.
Can I return it if there's a mistake with the name?
Because each dish is custom-made with your personalization, we're unable to accept returns for a personalization mistake or a change of mind — so please double-check your spelling before checkout. If your order arrives damaged or the print quality isn't right, though, we'll always make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery.
