Each piece is made to order by hand, and there is always a small chance that production may take longer.

  1. Make sure your photo has good lighting — enough to see the details of your Buddie, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.
  2. A head-on shot is preferred — make sure you get their whole face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your buddy's face is showing, only half will appear on your blanket.
  3. Avoid blurry photos — the higher the clarity, the better. Some subtle features may not come through as clearly in the final print otherwise.
